The annual ALL Member Meeting was held on September 25, 2011. There were 26 families represented.
The results of the elections are as follows:

Message from the President
It has been a very productive and I feel positive two years for the Terraces and I am honored to continue as your President for another two years. However after this next two years, I will step down as President and my wife will reduce her involvement considerably as well. With that in mind it is time for others to step up to the forefront and become involved, in preparation to take on more active roles in the year 2013. If you were unable to attend the annual meeting ,you missed my plea for additional involvement. It is not however too late. If you would like to serve on a committee, you simply need to let me know and we will see to it that we use your talents in some way. If we do not begin to prepare now, we could find ourselves in a similar situation to what we had two years ago with no one stepping up to the plate to lead our association and us needing to look to management companies to sustain our organization. This would lead to increased association fees and also loss of homeowners control. We need your involvement !! Please do consider this opportunity and call me if you just want to be somehow more involved, even if that means for the future. You may call me at home at 271-1353. In advance I thank you all !!!!

As the Holidays approach we hope to have our annual Holiday Get Together. At present we are looking for someone to host the event, if you would be able to help us out, please notify us at Susan Burns 332-7272 Unfortunately if we have no one willing to come forward, we will not be able to have this years annual Holiday event.
Finally as a last minute update, the tree in the park, that had become damaged and a real threat to property, has come down. Our Homeowners insurance will cover most of the costs and plans are to explore removing all of the remaining stump as well as the roots and replanting a mature tree to continue to provide shade to the established picnic area.
