Homeowners' Association Dues are $300 per year.
If you chose to pay your annual dues prior to the end of January, you will get a 10% discount. So, pay your annual dues before January 31, 2012 and you pay only $270.
Of course you may continue to pay semi annually on the schedule shown below:
The first payment for January to June is $150 due by Jan 31, 2012. If not payed by Jan 31, 2012 a $20 per month late fee is imposed.
The second installment July to December is due July 31, 2012. If not paid by July 31, 2012, a $20 per month late fee is imposed.
